By accessing or using the Realty.bio platform, including our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Realty.bio provides a mobile-first platform that enables real estate agents to create professional property listing websites, capture leads, and manage their online presence. The Service includes the mobile application, generated websites, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including property listings, photos, and descriptions. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
• Include malicious code or harmful content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store

6. Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify the free plan’s feature set at any time with reasonable notice to users.

7. Custom Domains

Paid plans may include the ability to connect a custom domain. You are responsible for owning and maintaining your domain registration. We provide DNS configuration assistance but are not responsible for third-party domain registrar issues.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination where technically feasible.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realty.bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice within the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
